Rincon del Rio is forging a progressive plan for a multi- level senior community in Nevada County, California.  It consists of 225 beautiful acres along the Bear River and eighty-five percent of the property is being reserved as open space for its residents.

As a production company we’re often challenged to create content in odd stages of a projects development and this piece was no exception. We needed to create a video about a community that doesn’t currently exist and to do our best to represent it as if it did. We liked the vision and mission of this project and the possibility that it could become a unique model for active senior living.  We took the challenge!

It’s our hope that our piece helps Rincon reach their target demographic so they reach the critical number of investors to make their dream a reality.
