“Outsiders: The Road Less Traveled”, features two male 30-somethings that are authentic life-long explorers, adventurers and “minimalist” travel-types. We follow these road warriors as they traverse the United States by camper van, periodically living for short stints with unique individuals, families and communities that are living alternative American lifestyles. The hosts will provide varied comic relief while traveling the states and living with fringe portions of the U.S. populace.

Ultimately, the aim of “Outsiders” is to offer insight into the unconventional lifestyles of Americans who have left the rat race without placing stereotypical judgements or clichés upon them. The focus is on non-traditional American families, communities and living-off-the-grid types; fellow “Outsiders” that are pioneering new ways to sustain themselves in our ever evolving American landscape. The show will provide unique opportunities to expand the minds of viewers and who knows…maybe even inspire them to “think outside the box,” while walking a mile in another’s shoes.

The initial 1 hour pilot was shot at a commune in Northern California and future episodes include: living with the Makah Tribe in Washington, Amish farmers in Pennsylvania, and Ex-corporate New Yorkers now living on a Sheep farm in Northern Colorado.
